Lodge Parties.

Lodge parties allow private use of the lodge (other than on changeover nights) and are available throughout the season. The fishing element of a lodge party is offered at a reduced rate. The rate for board and accommodation is standard throughout the season. Lodge parties are offered on the basis of 8 rods. If there are less than eight rods then either the individual rate will reapply and the lodge made available to other guests, or the full lodge rate is payable. Additional or non-fishing guests will be invoiced for Board and Accommodation at the daily rate.

A deposit of £1000 per Rod (or total fishing rate if lower) is required in order to confirm reservations and is payable within 30 days. Invoices for the outstanding balance of the fishing and for board and accommodation will be issued some six weeks prior to arrival and are payable at that time.

Unless previously arranged with the Factor, the person making the booking will be responsible for settling the account of their guest or party and all liabilities incurred. After each visit a subsequent invoice for additional items such as tackle, transport, drinks and sundries will be issued and is payable upon receipt.

In the event of a cancellation the Factor will readvertise the vacancy. Should a cancellation occur and we are unable to let the vacancy, the full cost of the booking may be payable.

We strongly recommend guests insure against holiday cancellation and have suitable travel insurance cover.

Value Added Tax. All prices include VAT (20%) where appropriate.
